President, founded Boshart Engineering in 1999 to support manufacturers in obtaining regulatory compliance with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and EPA regulations, with an emphasis directed toward emission certification.

Boshart Engineering reflects his interest in improving the environment and his fondness for automotive technology, old and new. In creating electric vehicles for high and low speed applications, experience and passion are combined for Boshart.

Boshart has over 30 years of engineering and management experience in the chemical, manufacturing and automotive industries. His previous professional career included employment with Dow Chemical Company, Memorex, CBS, Scott Specialty Gases and Automotive Testing and Development Services, Inc. Boshart has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

	Lena Marie Borrowman, Project Manager, has overseen numerous projects for Boshart Engineering since early 2003. As well as manage a staff of vehicle evaluators and data technicians, she has oversight for all In Use Procurements for the State of California and also for out-of-state testing, along with all In Use Monitoring Performance Tracking programs. Borrowman spent over 9 years as a Convention Coordinator with Hilton Hotels Corporation before joining BE. She is also certified to conduct Talent+ Production Interviews. After her husband, John, completes his student teaching and secures a teaching position in 2008, she plans to earn her degree. Borrowman’s joys are her husband and their children, Roman, Kaylah, and Kathryn. [ back to top ]

	Debbie Miller, Manager of Boshart Engineering’s Michigan office, began work as a driver in 2002, joined the office staff that same year and assumed managerial duties in 2006. Miller has expertise in Vehicle Procurement, Mileage Accumulation and Durability Programs, including In-Use Verification, the Compliance Assurance Program 2000, and U.S. and international parts retrieval programs. Her background experience includes over 20 years in both public and private companies, from a family-owned business in construction to the Homecare Industry. Miller is certified as an Assistant in Wound Care, Physical Therapy and Terminally Ill Care by the State of Michigan. She enjoys her 10 grandchildren, traveling, reading and the stock market. 	Dean Schlingmann, Manager, Integration Business Segment, is also Manager of Technical Strategies at Boshart Engineering. He joined the company in 2002. His project responsibilities and specific expertise include electric vehicle integration for the Boshart Electric Vehicle, On Board Diagnostics, fleet durability testing, data acquisition and analysis, and cold and hot weather testing. Schlingmann helped found and develop the Boshart MotorSports rally race team and is the lead driver of the rally car. Schlingmann holds memberships in both the Society of Automotive Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside. Schlingmann is a motor sport enthusiast and previously won the 2004 Tecate/SCORE Baja 1000 class 1500 Championship. [ back to top ]
	Katrina Wells, Assistant to the President, Reorganization, Mergers and Acquisitions, was Boshart Engineering’s first employee in 1999. Because of her broad knowledge of automotive testing procedures and requirements, Wells currently oversees procurement programs and operations at all three of BE’s U.S. locations. She also handles all business with U.S. Customs to facilitate the import and export of all goods. Wells has over 10 years of administrative office experience with Nostalgia Drag Racing Association, ATDS, Art Fusion and at Boshart Engineering. Currently she is obtaining her BS in Business Administration through Ellis College at the New York Institute of Technology. In addition to a full-time schedule of work and study, Wells finds time to teach a Sunday school class for 2-and-3-year-olds at her church. [ back to top ]
	Jana White, Executive Assistant, joined Boshart Engineering early in 2004. Her many years of corporate experience, including managing her family’s business for 7 years, enable her to assist the company president. Some of her duties include coordinating meeting and calendar schedules; assisting with the company’s legal, banking and real estate needs; arranging for travel; and providing hospitality for customers. White has worked in the fields of radio, law and electrical engineering. Her BA in Broadcast Journalism is from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She loves to spend time with her family, garden and travel to foreign lands. [ back to top ]
	Lisa Franklin, Assistant Manager, Compliance and On-Road Engineering. Franklin began working for Boshart in June 2008. Franklin works closely with the certification team, IPT and IUVP departments. Franklin also helps with customer service and sales. Franklin previously worked for Ralphs Grocery in their distribution warehouse as an auditor for 4 years. While working she found time to go to school and graduated with honors from Cal State San Bernardino with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies. In 2007 she taught 2nd grade at a private school in Rancho Cucamonga. She still fulfills her teaching desires through her church service. She also enjoys playing at the beach, boating and spending time with her two children. [ back to top ]
